ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Should you find the need to return an item that you have purchased from shopdanceetc.com, please contact us at danceetcnc@gmail.com within 14 days of your original purchase date for a Return Authorization Form. 

Once your Return is approved, you will ship the following back to Dance Etc: 

  • Completed Return Authorization Form
  • Original Invoice 
  • Item / Item(s) 

*Please allow up to 10 Business days for processing.
Email notification will be sent upon receipt. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase and the following conditions* must be met to satisfy return:

  • Item(s) must be New, Unused, Unworn, Unwashed, Unsewn, Unmarked with Original Tags attached  
  • All Original Packaging must be included 
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14-days of Purchase

Please note the following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for Return: 

  • PPE,  Including Masks and Barre Guards
  • ALL Tights 
  • Undergarments and Nude Leotards 
  • Dance Belts and Trunks 
  • All Hair Accessories 
  • Foot Padding, Including all Pointe Shoe Accessories 
  • Special Order Items  
  • Gift Certificates 
  • Cobbling 
  • Clearance and Sale Items 

 

If returned merchandise does not meet the above listed conditions, is returned outside of the 14-day time limit, is soiled, damaged, dirty, used or appears worn,
we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Your original purchase will be returned to you, at your own expense, and NO REFUND will be issued. A standard rate shipping charge will be applied to your card. 
Please note, in addition to the above guidelines, returns on Bulk Orders* require a 25% restocking fee. (Bulk Orders constitute 3 or more of any 1 Item)

Original shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for shipping / handling costs of returned items.
Approved refunds will be made to the account originally charged.

IN-STORE RETURN | EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for Shopping Local. We greatly appreciate your support of Small Business. 

Should you find the need to return an item purchased locally, at our Raleigh, NC boutique,
eligible items will be accepted for Exchange or Store Credit, when accompanied by an original store receipt, within 14 days of purchase date. Refunds are not issued.  

Merchandise eligible for Exchange/Return, must be:

  • New, Unused, Unworn, Unwashed, Unsewn, Unmarked
  • In Original Packaging with all Original packing Materials
  • With original Tags Attached
  • Pointe Shoes may be exchanged for a different Size/Style or returned for Store Credit within 14 days, provided ribbons or elastics have not been sewn, attached or marked in any way. Pointe Shoes may not exhibit any damage by hand manipulation or foot wear, and the box and shank must remain intact and in the same condition as it left the store. Cobbled and Manipulated shoes may not be exchanged or returned for Store Credit and are considered Final Sale.

Item(s) that are returned Soiled, Damaged, Dirty, Used, Un-tagged, Un-boxed or Un-packaged will be denied.
